Finalmente è arrivato il grande giorno e domani daremo il via a questo primo ciclo di corsi di alfabetizazzione digitale dedicato alle Mamme.

Per chi non avesse ancora avuto modo di iscriversi, vi ricordiamo che ci sono dei posti disponibili e che ci si può presentare domani stesso in occasione della prima lezione.

All 09.30 infatti tutto il team GGDBologna al completo darà il benvenuto alle partecipanti spiegando le attività e i moduli che verranno affrontati durante le successive lezioni per poi iniziare da subito con la prima lezione dedicata all’utilizzo dei Motori di Ricerca e ai servizi Google (papers, maps, books).

L’appuntamento è dunque per domani mattina, all 09:30 presso l’Aula di Informatica della Biblioteca di Sala Borsa.

Il Natale è trascorso serenamente in casa GGD e ci auguriamo che sia stato un Natale sereno per tutti voi. Noi siamo già al lavoro per il nostro prossimo progetto che aspira a portare Internet alle Mamme!

Che vuol dire? Vuol dire che ci siamo messe in testa che internet sia uno strumento prezioso per affrontare sia la gravidanza che la maternità.

Siamo convinte che una futura o una neo-mamma in rete sia meno sola e quindi possa disporre di efficaci strumenti per affrontare i piccoli-grandi problemi che insorgono quotidianamente.

Entrare a far parte di un network facilmente accessibile tramite la rete significa poter disporre di cultura e conoscenza collettive che possono essere da paradigma e da aiuto in momenti così importanti per una donna. Crediamo che la rete e gli strumenti digitali siano dei facilitatori sociali ed empirici; poterne disporre consapevolmente non può che essere d’aiuto. Da queste riflessioni nasce Mamme e Internet: un corso di 5 appuntamenti in cui il team GGDBologna in collaborazione con: TagBolab, Stock Exchange, Hyperbola,  Rigeneramocin, O-one and Panzallaria, guiderà le partecipanti in un percorso volto alla scoperta e all’apprendimento dei fondamentali strumenti di comunicazione ed esplorazione della rete.

14 Gennaio: utilizzo dei motori di ricerca e servizi Google (maps, books, papers).

21 Gennaio: creazione e utilizzo di una casella di posta elettronica; creazione di un account Skype

28 Gennaio: creazione di un account Facebook; utilizzo di Facebook; privacy e condivisione di documenti online.

4 February: esplorazione dell’universo delle Mamme in Rete, the phenomenon of mommyblogging, le online community e l’esperienza personale di mamma blogger.

11 February: introduzione a Linkedin, illustrazione dei Servizi sulla Rete Civica Iperbole per le donne e future mamme (bandi, asili etc.).

La quota di partecipazione grazie alla collaborazione di Sala Borsa,  Rigeneriamoci e di O-one è di 20 € e c0mprende l’assegnazione a ciascuna partecipante di un pc portatile per tutta la durata del corso, compresa la possibilità di utilizzo del pc da casa propria per approfondire gli argomenti trattati durante le lezioni.

Here we are punctual to the appointment on Tuesday, the one with the book Net & The City its The information in Bologna.

This week we have chosen a topic that we feel very strongly: the Digital literacy project has always been our spot and finally, thanks to Hyperbola, TagBoLab and sponsors and technical partners Dr. O-One and Rigeneriamoci, we were able to establish the first, we hope, of a long series of training sessions. In courses will be held at the Sala Borsa and will be dedicated to mothers, with limited: hurry because there is still some’ space! Saturday 15 October 2011 will always be infamous for the events in Rome, in what was to be a day of festive and honest expression of the principles and intent.
For us girls technological, Saturday 15 October will also mark something else: a day when the team he led for the first time an event, managing it along with another group and a media partener.
Last Saturday the team Girl Geek Dinners Bologna has unraveled a thousand adventures to complete an event that was very important.

So, while Cecilia Stock Exchange was to collect subscriptions for Digital literacy classes for expectant mothers, Julia finished preparing the slides for his workshops, Tonia accessions collected in the workshops of the day, doing live blogging, Daniela handled the case before moving to the workshop room, and Linda did the honors of the house and extricated from a variety of last-minute hitch.

The day’ run fast and smooth, more than expected.

Among the things that gave us more satisfaction: people who have stopped listening to the interventions because they passed by’ and then you are with the workshops and who have remained throughout the day.

What we all felt was a strong, strong empathy between people who wanted to share their experience of life lived, without trying to teach, but with the only aim to share and motivate, lend a hand, advice. The hall of workshops and’ was always full, until the last minute, of people interested in taking notes and did a lot of questions.

Autumn has just begun but the calendar of events to which you can not miss is already busy. Below we present an agenda of appointments that will keep you company throughout the week.

As already announced, also withabbot 8 October I look forward to Stock Exchange - Piazza Nettuno n. 3- by 10.00 all 12.00 to present the Digital Literacy Courses for women and record enrollment.

GammaDonna: Wednesday 5 October is the time of Exhibition of female entrepreneurship that opens the door to Vicenza for its fourth edition.

A two-day networking at national and international level that will put women entrepreneurs and business leaders through the many workshops and events organized during the event.

Among the various activities present in program,Award GammaDonna 10 / and praise that will be delivered to5 examples of excellence part of’ female entrepreneurship.

Finally, mention the’Bologna meeting of’8 October with Digital Freedom Festival, Wikimedia promoted by Italy (popular festival that takes place in cities across Italy) where he held the seminar of the barcamp OpenBologna its Opendata.

In the morning, by 10 all 13, to Urban Center of Bologna – Stock Exchange (where we ourselves with our information point on the digital literacy courses:) OpenBologna open discussion at the seminar. What are the opendir, what are the citizens, business, associations? What relationship is there between opendir and phenomena / social problems such as the digital divide, einclusion, -access coverage of the data-manipulation?

From 14 all 17 will be held on Barcamp its OpenData. The goal of BarCamp is to think about confidentiality and privacy, regulation of, capable of processing data, manner and format data access.
